Had good service and like my purchase
Well I will start witht the stereotypical sleazy sales people who pushed too hard for the extended warranty and don't seem to understand the word "NO". Second, they are using my personal information from my purchace to robocall me. I find it disrespectful and low class. They get an extra star for the fact that they had my stove on time for Christmas. I will never shop here again.
Since Leon's took over not so sure. No more Mission/Arts & Crafts furniture.
Prices are so expensive
worst costumer service ever. No return policy and will not help with defective product. they tell me to just contact the manufacturer.
After a misunderstanding and initial disappointment on the delivery and removal arrangements, the store was very quick to respond to an email and `make it right (within the hour).
Ordered a captans bed in March and still waiting for one of the parts. Big lossers . Never again.
Just bought a beautiful couch from The Brick in Penticton from salesperson, Richard Parker which was delivered as promised. Then I changed my mind about the color and was to say the service for changing my order was excellent!! Definitely recommend this store!!
I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AT ALL! I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE! SO RIDICULOUS! FOUND CHAIRS ONLINE BUT I CAN'T RETURN THEM IF THEY ARRIVE LOOKING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT?
Terrible Management! Although the Sales Rep was friendly and a pleasure to work with, the management was far from it. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! Those in charge need to think of taking a different career path as customer service is far from what they excel at. Not even worth 1 star!!

Took my elderly parents there on the weekend to purchase a few things. They had great deals all over the store. We were approached by a young salesman. I truly hate high pressure sales and this by no means was like that. Conor M,, was his name and he made our experience just perfect. No pressure at all , but was there for us with any and all answers we needed. We ended up buying a nice couch ,,, an electric lazyboy type chair, and he gave us a great deal on a beautiful Tiffany lamp.We took the extended warranty due to again the great deal, and he threw in a bonus care kit as well. We even donated $10 to childens hospital... I highly recommend the Brick in Penticton ! You won't be disappointed.. Ask for Conor. He will make your experience an easy and enjoyable one..Thanks Conor!! I mean that..Harald Ramsthaler... Penticton BC..

I went in to look at sofa beds. There were 3 male staff on. One was with customers, the other 2 were both on their computers and never even acknowledged me, so I left, and won't be back. I went right up the street to their competition and bought a couch there.
Worst place ever would not recommend for anyone. Losers have no clue on what there even doing much less delivery

Bought a bed here as well as a couch and have no complaints! Service was good and so were the products. They always seem to have good sales which I take advantage of :)
Furniture for most of house
Had an issue with my purchase and store made it difficult to use the extended warranty that I purchased. Now in order to even have the manufacturer warranty I have to rebut the extended warranty or nothing is covered on the replacement.
We have used The Brick several times. Our last experience was with Connor who was extremely professional and helpful. He seemed to know when we needed space and when we needed assistance. I would recommend using the brick for your appliance or furniture needs.
The staff at this store are actually nice and helpful but the company they represent is questionable. The workers they used to install our washer and dryer flooded our home and the brick has still not responded to our letters asking for even a small discount on the product let alone a refund. Their answer was "insurance took care of it" and that is good enough. Weeks of dryers, noise, and taking time off work for something that was their mistake and not even a call back from the manager who was dealing with it is just a lack of respect. We understand bigger companies don't have time but to not respond to our letter 6 months after is unacceptable. Spend a little more and get better quality and hopefully better results.
I give it two stars for the sales staff. And that is it.They failed to mention when I was told they don't deliver to Keremeos, Cawston, Princeton or Osoyoos, after the entire process of picking out a bed that their "third party movers" isn't. Once my items were in, I was given a number to a moving company and told to call them. Although they do tax exemptions to deliveries on reserve provided you can produce a Status card, this doesn't include when they get their "3rd party movers" to deliver your items. And don't fall for th whole "purchase a bear for their children's charity" garbage. I'm still waiting for this bear I purchased hoping to give it to my son for Christmas. It's already January. 😕Come to think of it, I'm giving them 1 star.

My wife and I recently made a few major purchases for the first time at The Brick and dealt with Mike. We cannot say enough about the help we got with our choices and the assistance Mike rendered us. Through a misunderstanding on MY part I complained to Mike about a non-existent issue. Mike handled the situation patiently and very diplomatically. His calmness under fire was commendable and appreciated. In any event we have a few more large purchases to make and we would not consider shopping anywhere else but The Brick in Penticton. Thank you Mike!!!!!

We bought a television here,last year and are still unhappy with the delivery service to Penticton. We were told that because Penticton is a reural area, that delivery involved a charge. The big print in the flyer gives this service, but the small print takes it away! The salesman pointed this out. We don't consider Penticton as being out in the sticks! Not clever to treat your customers like this if you want them to come back!

Bed purchase - well we should have read these reviews. Absolute worst place to purchase a bed. We ordered a king size and double bed, box springs for both prior to Christmas. It was a present for all of my family. First week in January comes, they cancel our delivery twice and that was the only week we had off prior to heading back to work. Its going on week three and the beds still aren't delivered. We bite the bullet and request to pick them up, THEY ARENT EVEN IN PENTICTON. We ordered the stupid beds in December, Jan 12 rolls around and you still don't have our beds. Good job, way to lose a customer for life (never buying anything else from you again) and to any new customers - go somewhere else. I work in a business where I bring products in all the time for customers, if you cant do it right - why are you even trying? Thanks Brick!!
Very disappointed in my experiences with the Brick. The sales person we got was very good at making up-sales to line his own pockets, rather than focusing on what his customer needs were. Insisted we had to buy $200 pillows, which ended up causing me severe neck pain, and now we are also stuck with a super uncomfortable bed that we hate, which was more expensive than the one i originally went in wanting to buy, which would have been much more comfortable. Also the quality of the products are terrible. The mattress got delivered with rips in the seams all around the mattress, and the mattress protector we were also upsold on, which he said was "waterproof" had a spill leak through within 20 seconds of me removing it!
